    Palcon Energy Services Ltd are pleased to announce having been awarded 'Technology Partner' status by Trend Controls, the top accreditation level possible within the partner program scheme.

    Having recently revamped their partnership program 12 months ago, the Technology Partner status is the highest level of accreditation given by Trend Controls and recognises those partners who play the most important role in helping to make Trend, and their partnership programme the benchmark for the UK BEMS industry.

    Achieving this after only 8 years from inception, managing director Dennis Forbes-Smith says in response to the upgrade in tier status, “This is very good news for our customers and ourselves. We are delighted to have been recognised for our commitment to the Trend brand and the expertise of our team in the continued delivery of successful projects. We look forward to the added strength this provides to the core of our business over the coming months and years”.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd have secured the design and installation of the BMS package at Infineum’s Project Maia in Oxford. Working with Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services and Kier Construction, the new Global Centre of Innovation will feature laboratories, office space, meeting rooms and collaborative spaces together with a full commercial kitchen and dining areas. The BMS system will be based on Trend IQ4 expanding on the existing site wide system and will feature extensive integration to air conditioning systems and site metering within the state of the art new building. The project is due for completion in mid 2019.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd have been awarded the design and installation of the BMS package at Haskins Garden Centre in Copthorpe. The redevelopment project will feature a brand new contemporary garden centre featuring a large covered outdoor sales area and a 440 seat restaurant complete with outdoor terrace. The project is due for completion in early 2020.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd are pleased to have been appointed the maintenance contract for the extensive Trend building management system installed at Brunel University London. This exiting new partnership will see Palcon become a managed service provider at the universities West London campus and expand on previous roles and work developed over the past 5 years.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd have been awarded contracts totalling over £125k for the refurbishment and upgrade of the heating systems in a number of schools managed by the REAch2 Academy Trust. The challenging works, all to be completed during the summer break will see new Trend based building management systems installed in each to take more efficient control of the heating systems.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd have been awarded the design and installation of the BMS package at 41-43 Beaufort Gardens. The project will see the former Parkes Hotel in Knightsbridge redeveloped into nine self-contained luxury residential apartments designed by world renowned interior designer Pierre Yovanovitch.
    The extensive building management system utilising the Tridium N4 platform, will provide control and monitoring of both landlord and tenant services including the underfloor heating and Panasonic VRF systems along with a feature rich interface to the Lighting and Crestron AV systems in each apartment.

The BCIA is a single voice, representing a growing and dynamic building controls and BEMS sector in the UK. The BCIA works with industry manufacturers, suppliers and installers alike, with the overall aim being to promote better understanding, application and use of building controls.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd are pleased to annouce Forest Rock as our preferred Tridium partner. This exciting development will enable us to provide greater flexability when selecting the right core system for our customers designs along with providing innovative solutions featuring new products at the leading egde of todays designs. Systems from Forest Rock will also allow for greater integration with 3rd party systems owing to the open nature of the Tridium Niagara platform together with their exciting automatic energy monitoring system 'Energyvision'.

    In partnership with Dodd Group Northampton, Palcon Energy Services Ltd will be responsible for the design, installation and delivery of the Trend based building management system installed at the new Green Ridge Primary Academy. The new primary school and nursery in the heart of the Berryfields development in Aylesbury will help cater for increased students numbers when the approximately 3,235 dwellings are finished by 2021/22. The project has a planned completion date of August 2018.

    Palcon Energy Services Ltd are pleased to welcome onboard EasyIO as a new partner. EasyIO provide a wide range of products for Building Energy Management Systems and are looking towards the future with innovative solutions in the world of M2M (machine to machine) system integration.
    EasyIO aims to target small to medium sized buildings where currently, a high percentage are not connected to any form of system that allows them to be analyzed, monitored and measured or benchmarked.

Built on the Niagara N4 platform, iQ®VISION integrates Trend controllers, third party smart systems and internet protocol devices into a centralised software platform designed to manage all sizes of buildings from single stand-alone sites to large enterprise level systems.
